2.1 Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email, date of birth, phone number (for referral deduplication)
- Location data: approximate location for SPARK proximity matching and event/venue recommendations; precise location only when SPARK is actively enabled
- Wallet information: connected Phantom wallet public address (never private keys or seed phrases)
- Usage data: event interactions, ticket purchases, referral activity, social post submissions
- Photos: profile photos, event photos you upload
2.2 How We Use Your Information
- To operate core features: event discovery, SPARK matching, ticketing, AX8 rewards, referrals
- To enforce age restrictions, including suppressing alcohol-related advertising for users under 21
- To detect fraud and abuse (e.g. duplicate referral accounts, fake social post submissions)
- To send transactional notifications (e.g. Phantom transfer status, referral confirmations)
2.3 Third-Party Sharing
We share limited data with:
- Google Places API — for venue and location recommendations (no personal data shared beyond location query)
- Phantom / Solana blockchain — your public wallet address, for AX8 transfers (on-chain transactions are inherently public)
- Stripe — payment information for ticket purchases (VIVEX does not store full card details)
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
2.4 Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we purge your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required. Transaction and payment records (including AX8 transfers and ticket purchases) are retained for 7 years to comply with financial recordkeeping and tax obligations. Location data used for SPARK matching is not retained beyond your active session.
2.5 Your Choices
- You may disable location access, though this will limit SPARK and venue recommendation features.
- You may request account deletion by contacting support.
2.6 Children's Privacy
VIVEX is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
