Accessibility — VIVEX EVENT, Inc.

Version 7.5 · Last updated October 21, 2026

VIVEX aims to make its app and vivexevent.com usable with assistive technologies. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is a design target, not a guarantee of current conformance. For help, email info@vivexevent.com with "Accessibility" in the subject. We aim to respond within two business days; this is a service target, not a guarantee.

8.1 Equal access and nondiscrimination

VIVEX is committed to providing people who are blind, have low vision, or use assistive technology a substantially equivalent opportunity to access their respective digital services, subject to applicable law. No user will be denied access solely because they use a screen reader, magnification, keyboard, switch control, voice control or other assistive technology. Accessibility requests and complaints will not result in retaliation.

8.2 Digital accessibility standards and testing

VIVEX uses WCAG 2.1 Level AA as their current design target for applicable websites and app experiences, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA considered in ongoing improvements. These are goals, not representations that every screen or feature currently conforms. Accessibility testing should include keyboard-only use, iOS VoiceOver, Android TalkBack where applicable, text enlargement, high contrast, focus order, meaningful control names, error announcements and accessible authentication. Material barriers identified through testing or user reports should be triaged and remediated according to severity and feasibility.

8.3 Blind and low-vision access to VIVEX Social

VIVEX aims to make registration, sign-in, account settings, profiles, feeds, posts, comments, Stories, polls, private messages, reporting, blocking, notifications, rewards and account deletion operable with supported assistive technologies. Interactive elements should have programmatically available names, roles and states; navigation and reading order should be logical; essential actions should not depend solely on color, gestures, sound or visual positioning. Time-limited content and controls should be evaluated for accessible alternatives where required.

8.4 Images, video, live content and AI tools

VIVEX should provide or support meaningful alternative text for functional and informative images where feasible, and encourage members to describe images they upload. Decorative images should not create unnecessary screen-reader noise. Where applicable, prerecorded video should support captions, and important visual information should be conveyed through accessible descriptions or an equivalent alternative where required. ARIA writing, image and flyer features should expose accessible controls and explain when AI-generated visual content may lack reliable descriptions. Automatically generated descriptions may be inaccurate and should not be treated as verified facts.

8.5 Events, tickets, payments and partner services

VIVEX aims to provide accessible ways to discover events, review ticket terms and fees, select tickets, complete purchases, receive confirmations and retrieve admission information. If a seating chart, CAPTCHA, QR code, visual verification or payment flow creates a barrier, users may request a reasonable alternative where required and feasible. Event venue accommodations are generally controlled by event organizers or venues; VIVEX will direct or coordinate requests where practicable. Ticketmaster, Viator and other external partners control their own services and accessibility practices; users may also contact those providers directly.

8.7 Accessibility support and alternative formats

For VIVEX accessibility assistance, email info@vivexevent.com with "Accessibility" in the subject. Users may request assistance with accessible documents, event information, tickets or essential transactions. VIVEX aims to acknowledge accessibility inquiries within two business days; this is a service target, not a guaranteed resolution deadline. Requests will be considered individually, and reasonable alternatives will be explored where appropriate.

8.8 Privacy, communications and complaints

Users should not be required to disclose a medical diagnosis to report an accessibility barrier. Information voluntarily submitted with an accessibility request should be handled under the applicable Privacy Policy and used only as reasonably necessary to address the request, manage the case, meet legal duties and maintain records. Accessibility complaints may also be submitted through ordinary support channels. Users retain any rights and remedies provided by applicable disability-access, consumer-protection and privacy laws.

8.9 Governance, verification and updates

VIVEX will review this policy as their products and legal obligations evolve.
